ETU is seeking an experienced Account Manager with a proven track record in managing, growing and renewing client relationships.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships and business partnerships with assigned ETU clients
Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors
Managing Quarterly Business Reviews and Net Promoter Score with accounts
Ensure the timely and successful delivery of ETU solutions and services according to customer needs and objectives
Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
Develop Account Plans with new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas
Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
Renew contracts and close agreements to maximize revenues and profits
Prepare reports on account status
Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed
2+ years proven work experience as an Account Manager or relevant role in an enterprise sales environment
Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level
Solid experience with CRM (Salesforce or equivalent) software and Google Workspace or equivalent
Experience delivering client-focused solutions and service to customer needs
Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities
Strong verbal, written communication skills and attention to detail
