ETU is seeking an experienced Account Manager with a proven track record in managing, growing and renewing client relationships.


  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships and business partnerships with assigned ETU clients

  • Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors

  • Managing Quarterly Business Reviews and Net Promoter Score with accounts

  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of ETU solutions and services according to customer needs and objectives

  • Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders

  • Develop Account Plans with new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas

  • Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)

  • Renew contracts and close agreements to maximize revenues and profits

  • Prepare reports on account status

  • Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed


  • 2+ years proven work experience as an Account Manager or relevant role in an enterprise sales environment

  • Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level

  • Solid experience with CRM (Salesforce or equivalent) software and Google Workspace or equivalent

  • Experience delivering client-focused solutions and service to customer needs

  • Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail

  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities

  • Strong verbal, written communication skills and attention to detail
