Under the direction of the VP of Solutions the Applied Psychologist is responsible for developing effective research, and validating behavioral assessment and behavioral learning solutions utilizing the ETU Simulation Platform and methodologies. They will partner with product, marketing, sales, and services with applied psychology insights and best practices.
As an Applied Psychologist of a fast-growing B2B SaaS company, you will be responsible for:
Analysing and mining complex behavioural data sources, deriving insights and bringing data to life via innovative visualisations
Designing and implementing algorithms and interactive analytics dashboards to support multiple stakeholder types and requirements
Liaising with internal teams and external clients to understand requirements and build solutions to meet their business needs
Your key skills:
3 years of experience in a commercial environment analysing workplace behavioral psychology including:
Applied psychology, psychometrics and innovation
Applied behavior analysis
Cognitive theories / approaches
Fluency in SQL
Strong knowledge of R, Python, SPSS or other statistical analysis tools
Deep analytical skills and problem solving abilities
Data mining and machine learning
Knowledge of statistical methodologies and operations research techniques
Capable of clearly communicating complex analyses to a non-technical audience
Comfortable learning new technologies and working in a fast-paced environment
Strong business acumen
3+ years of relevant commercial experience
M.S. or Ph.D. in a relevant field, or relevant experience in a similar role. Ideally you will have a Masters’ degree or PhD in Psychology, with a strong focus on Data Analytics
