The Client Training Consultant will partner with our customers to enable and support them self-serve on the ETU Platform. By combining ETU’s implementation processes with the customer’s existing learning content development processes, the customer will be empowered to self-build and deliver award-winning immersive simulations throughout their organization. In this new role, you will put your own processes in place to ensure best practice at all stages from training needs analysis, prioritization for delivery, and successful onboarding of the client to our Platform. You will be working closely with senior members of ETU’s top tier clients to ensure their expertise in ETU’s platform translates to successful design of Learning and Development simulations for effective behavioral change within our client’s organizations.
Working closely with the Services team you will:
Design and deliver training for an exceptional client onboarding experience
Monitor training feedback for continuous improvement: You will analyze KPIs to determine how well ETU’s product is being utilized following training delivery
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders: Partner with management to determine training needs for clients
Create content, presentations & professional demonstrations
Analyze customer feedback: Together with the Customer Success team, you’ll gather and process customer feedback to continuously improve our customer’s onboarding experience.
Proven track record, with a minimum of 4-5 years enterprise software client onboarding and training experience (Learning and Development (L&D) platform experience an advantage)
Strong IT skills and knowledge of training tools / methodologies
Training differentiated products that meet and exceed business objectives - experience with simulation learning products a plus
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including some copywriting skills
Self-motivation and ability to work independently
Communication skills at all levels of an organization
Strategic thinking that connects customer goals with ETU
B.A./B.S/Masters degree required
