ETU is seeking an experienced Demand Generation Specialist with a proven track record building and executing on a marketing campaign strategy (including ABM) for a B2B software company (SAAS). We’re seeking an energetic, versatile team player who is eager to communicate ETU’s value through campaigns to audiences worldwide.


Working closely with the marketing, sales and product teams,  you will: 

  • Hone our defined customer segments to inform the application of appropriate outreach strategies and the delivery of targeted content.

  • Design and implement marketing campaigns using the right media platforms and technologies, including various marketing channels like social media, PR, advertising, online events and email nurture.

  • Support ETU’s account-based strategy for marketing and sales, generating new ways to engage high-potential target accounts.

  • Consider and develop new ways to expand ETU’s footprint in existing customer accounts, targeting outreach to potential new functional areas within our existing customers.

  • Nurture our existing database of prospects, with the goal of moving ideal accounts along the buying journey.

  • Experiment through test and measurement with new approaches to engage potential customers; stay up-to-date on the latest marketing strategies and technologies.

  • Ensure our marketing and sales tech stack (Salesforce, Hubspot, 6sense and SalesLoft) and lead flow process are operationally clean and optimized.

  • Collaborate with the rest of the marketing and business development team to meet specific KPIs related to lead generation, meetings secured, opportunities created and revenue closed.

  • Track marketing campaigns and analyze the results to optimize demand generation and ROI.


Proven track record, with 2-5 years experience in the following areas:

  • Campaign creation within the marketing function of a B2B software firm; experience in the learning & development or learning technology space is a plus

  • Strong track record with marketing automation platforms such as Hubspot or Pardot. Solid expertise with CRM such as Salesforce. Experience with 6sense ABM platform is a plus

  • Experience with running and optimizing digital advertising campaigns (display ads, Linkedin ads, adwords etc)

  • Excellent analytical and organizational skills

  • Self-motivation and ability to work independently and with distributed teams globally

  • Communication skills at all levels of an organization

  • Strategic thinking that connects customer goals with ETU.
