Partner Sales Manager

ETU is seeking an experienced Partner Sales Manager with a proven track record in building partner relationships and driving partner sales.

Responsibilities

  • Seek out and grow new partner opportunities and grow and develop the ETU partner ecosystem

  • Manage success metrics and partner growth

  • Maintain direct relationships with partners, proactively resolving issues and creating value

  • Work cross functionally by collaborating with ETU executives to meet business objectives and effectively coordinate with internal teams from marketing, product and support to deliver on partnership needs and goals

  • Operate independently, being both an executor/visionary and lead projects with internal and external teams

  • Serve as primary contact for ETU partners and own relationships across the assigned partners

  • Set and achieve goals related to the partnership, marketing strategy and simulation portfolio

  • Provide ongoing consultative support to partner on marketing, strategy and how to meet our mutual goals/objectives for the partnerships

Requirements

  • 5+ years strategic experience landing and expanding a partnership channel

  • Experience building and managing relationships with senior business leaders, both internally and externally

  • Experience working cross-functionally with various teams, managing projects at scale and delivering results

  • Proven success growing relationships and achieving growth targets

  • Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to collaborate effectively cross-functionally

  • Ability to manage a portfolio of multiple projects from various partners simultaneously

  • Demonstrated ability to influence and get work done through others. Strong stakeholder management across a range of partners, levels, functions.
