ETU is seeking an experienced Senior Client Advisor for Enterprise clients with a proven track record supporting organizations with 15,000 employees or more within targeted verticals.



  • Working with the ETU Customer Success Manager throughout the process in which client simulations are readied for “go live”. You will:

    • Understand and contribute to the communication campaign with the Client and Customer Success Manager (CSM)

    • Understand the details and objectives of the simulations going live

    • Understand the success criteria as outlined by the Client, CSM and Simulation Design team

    • Take responsibility for the successful launch of the simulation

    • Ensure continued client success 

  • Ensuring integration is optimally executed to produce the greatest adoption and software utilization levels possible to ensure industry leading client retention and growth

  • Taking the lead in supporting clients’ rollout adoption and satisfaction levels

  • Educating clients on how to maximise the value realized via their ETU software

  • Reviewing client data and sharing insights to help clients understand the value of their data

  • Developing strong consultative relationships with our clients, including understanding their business objectives and identifying how we can meet their needs

  • Managing a portfolio of clients and working collaboratively with them, ensuring that they achieve consistently high levels of satisfaction

  • Attending and presenting at Client meetings and Business Reviews

  • Working with Sales to forecast monthly and quarterly client renewals

  • Working with Sales to expand our product usage across multiple departments within your accounts and up-sell our client base

  • Helping to create a tailored plan for each client to ensure continued advancement in their reporting maturity and software adoption

  • Providing client account updates to ETU team members, Sales Executives, and Leadership staff

  • Serving as an expert in learning analytics and usage of ETU software

  • Bringing insightful product feedback from clients to the ETU Product team

  • Champion improvements to internal processes and resources



Proven track record, with a minimum of 5 years Learning and Development (L&D) business experience in the following areas:

  •  Customer service/client success management

  •  Business development/account management

  •  Software implementation, rollout, consulting or subject matter expertise

  •  Consulting on software, data measurement, ideally in the talent development field

  •  Self-motivation and ability to work independently

  •  Communication skills at all levels of an organization

  •  Strategic thinking that connects customer goals with ETU
