ETU is seeking an experienced Technical Product Manager with a proven track record of eliciting customer needs in an Enterprise / SaaS environment. You will support the definition and delivery of new and existing product offerings. Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, you will gather, document and help prioritise the features, functionality and direction of the ETU product set as we scale the business.
The corporate learning market is exploding as enterprises build new digital programs that can be delivered remotely and scaled globally. A key driver of this revenue growth is our ability to demonstrate measurable impact/ROI and deliver a “trusted-partner” experience.
Working with internal and external stakeholders you will build awareness across stakeholders of existing and new products, capabilities and value propositions. The successful candidate will blend the appropriate technical, business and customer acumen to support the evolution of ETU’s products and solutions. Overall, you will play an integral part of shaping the direction and success of ETU and our customers.
Ideation: Work with internal and external stakeholders to gather, document and promote exciting and innovative as well as functional ideas into features
Features: Take ownership of the Product documentation processes and help define the “what” with user personas, stories and requirements
Roadmapping: Support Product in planning and prioritizing what (and when) the product teams will deliver
Customer Experience (CX): Work with cross-functional teams to support a complete and consistent customer experience
Go-to-market: Support sales with product-related elements through documentation and knowledge base generation.
Strategy: Work with CTO/Product team to document the product vision and strategy
3+ years Technical Product management experience in relevant industry (e.g. SaaS, Enterprise, Learning)
Experience in creating user stories and Agile methodologies e.g. SCRUM
Experience capturing the requirements of B2B customers is essential
Demonstrable passion to continuously learn and improve
Self-starter with proven ability to overachieve goals
University degree in a relevant field
