Measure

Simulations begin with an assessment where learners gauge and measure their knowledge, skills and behaviors in comparison to benchmarks, self-indicated ability levels and previous attempts. In some cases, competent learners can “test-out”, eliminating the chance of learners sitting through unneeded content.

Learn

Learners are given the ability to quickly and easily practice targeted areas of the scenario process repeatedly, to gain an improved knowledge of the scenario domain and hone associated skills and behaviors.

Perform

Learners then reassess their skills to ensure they meet performance benchmarks. Additionally they also receive personalized post-simulation performance feedback.
