ETU earns 2023 Great Place to Work certification

ETU team - Great Place To Work

ETU is proud to be certified as a Great Place to Work® again for the 2023 - 2024 year. Both our U.S. and Irish-based teams qualified for this prestigious award. The recognition is entirely based on what current employees say about their experience working at ETU. Results from this year's survey showed a much higher percentage of our team said ETU is a great place to work compared to the percent of employees at the typical U.S.-based company.

Great Place to Work® is the global authority on workplace culture, employee experience, and the leadership behaviors proven to deliver market-leading revenue, employee retention and increased innovation. They believe that establishing a foundation of trust in the workplace culture is the smartest investment you can make for your organization. The Great Place To Work® Trust Model© outlines the definition of a great workplace, and trust in leadership is at the core.

Great Place to Work Certification™ isn’t something that comes easily – it takes ongoing dedication to the employee experience, said Sarah Lewis-Kulin, vice president of global recognition at Great Place to Work. It’s the only official recognition determined by employees’ real-time reports of their company culture. Earning this designation means that ETU is one of the best companies to work for in the country.

It's an honor to have ETU named as a great place to work. Our team is engaged, innovative and highly productive. The Great Place to Work recognition - based on the feedback of our team members - demonstrates our commitment to this type of work internally and in how we interact with our customers. We are proud of our open culture where everyone has a voice and is appreciated, said Katie Laidlaw, CEO of ETU.

According to Great Place to Work research, job seekers are 4.5 times more likely to find a great boss at a certified great workplace. Additionally, employees at certified workplaces are 93% more likely to look forward to coming to work, and are twice as likely to be paid fairly, earn a fair share of the company’s profits and have a fair chance at promotion.

ETU is thrilled to remain in the ranks of the "best of the best" -- the elite Great Place to Work® certified companies. Employee engagement and satisfaction will remain at the forefront of ETU's corporate strategy as we rapidly grow.
