ETU’s Account Management team expands with addition of Jackie Brown

Jackie Brown, Account Manager, ETU

ETU welcomes Jackie Brown to its growing Account Management team, increasing our capability to serve key customer accounts. Jackie joins us as a former ETU customer, as well as with deep expertise in the learning & development space. Over her 20 years tenure in the industry, she’s held senior learning & development roles, including those at BNY Mellon, MaplesF and Roffey Park Institute.

In her new role, Jackie will partner with key ETU accounts to ensure their success with applying immersive simulation learning.

Speaking about her new role, Jackie shared, I believe that simulations in learning bring the gap between real life experience and developmental activities closer together, giving simulations a strategic positioning in the future of work. ETU customers are well-positioned to excel using our powerful technology and the insights generated that can support complex and adaptive workforce transformations. As I have experienced the power of ETU simulations first hand I am excited to start this next phase of my journey by helping clients optimize their investment.

Jackie’s genuine and fervent interest in how adults learn is reflected in her daily exploration of the new innovative methods that the best companies are using to develop their people. She has completed a Masters in Educational Practice where she researched the experience of learning for senior leaders learning as they faced unprecedented change through COVID-19. She constantly strives to apply new ways of approaching employee development.

Our team of Account Managers is strengthened by Jackie’s arrival, further expanding ETU’s ability to help our customer transform their learning strategy. Jackie’s passion for learning innovation is a perfect match for her new role, said Austin Kenny, Chief Revenue Officer for ETU.

ETU plans to continue with several additional new hires in order to position the company to meet the growing demand for simulation technology worldwide. View additional open roles at www.etu.co/careers.
